This page will be an overview of the Permissions section of the config
Permission: Reload_Permission: "announcer.reload" Reload_NoPermission_Message: "Insufficient permission (announcer.reload)"
Reload permission is referring to the command "reload" and if you set that permission to a player they will be able to reload the plugin
This message will be fired if the player doesn't have the permission you specified above. Bukkit colour codes are supported.
